Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Our jewellery is crafted by hand in our Melbourne studio. As pieces are made to order using lost wax-carving techniques, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Need it earlier, please contact us at info@gabriellethelabel.com and we will advise you if we can meet your specified date.

All pieces will be shipped via Australia Post Express Post, to ensure someone can sign for the piece upon delivery. We will not be held responsible for incorrect address details or loss of post slip. Please take your time when entering your best address location.

We also ship internationally via Australia Post Registered Post International (a flat rate of $25.00) for all orders.

 

RETURNS

Custom made items are not returnable. All sales are final once the order is received. For health reasons we will not except returns on earrings/body jewellery.

Please take your time when choosing as we cannot issue a refund due to change of mind.

We do offer a repair service for a period of 3 months after purchase on manufacturing faults. Manufacturing faults do not include: broken elements, scratches, chips, oxidisation or a piece that is bent out of shape.

We don’t offer a free repair on gold plating (fading). You can re-purchase a gold plating service for your piece, which can be found in our list of products and add it to the shopping cart. You will need to post the item back to our studio and pay for any necessary shipping costs.
